Because UCF believes the Scripture, "A workman is worthy of his hire.", it has determined to share 100% of all money generated for the "Operations Budget" by appeals paid for, and distributed by any certified UCF Associate.

This is accomplished by placing on the "Operations Budget" envelope attached to each appeal form, the name and mailing address of the UCF Associate who pays for and distributes the appeal; and by asking each contributor to make their checks for the "Operations Budget" payable to that UCF Associate. In this manner, any associate who publishes and distributes an appeal is likely to recover much, if not all, of the cost involved.

Since UCF's price for typesetting and printing the appeal forms includes a 30% markup for that service, UCF is rewarded with sufficient to cover the cost of compiling all contribution data and receipting every contributor at the end of each year.
