Receiving Through UCF
How Much Money is Shared?

Simply answered, "ALL OF IT".

UCF is networking churches, businesses, organizations and individuals within every community into a viable, unified reporting network capable of determining a suffering individual’s financial need, generating an ‘Official’ UCF appeal, and motivating the participants of UCF to respond with monetary gifts mailed in seperate envelopes, one addressed and mailed directly to the recipient and the other to the UCF Associate who paid for and distributed the appeal forms.

A unique aspect of UCF is that gifts intended for a particular recipient are sent directly to that recipient .

How is this verified?
Verification comes from each recipient who, upon receiving a contribution, removes it from the envelope; then, clearly writes the date, amount received and his/her initials on the empty envelope. These "validated" envelopes are then returned to UCF once each month, enabling UCF to record the contributor and contribution data from them and to mail a tax exempt receipt to each contributor at the end of each year. Of course, contributors who desire receipts must make sure that their name and address is clearly written or printed in the return address portion of the envelope.
